Before retraining as a carpenter I spent the past 15 years as photojournalist on assignments all over the world. I worked mostly for humanitarian organizations including Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Amnesty International, Care, Norwegian Church Aid and The Red Cross.

Nowadays I concentrate on trying to make beautiful things from wood, surfing and spending time in nature with my kids.
